Do you believe that people accused of crimes deserve all of these rights or just some of them? Why or why not? If they are caught doing this and it is is something like robing a bank then no but if they are like a cereal killer then they should get consequence. But the consequences are going to be less harsh for the person who robed the bank because he did not hurt anyone. But the person that is a cereal killer will get more consequences because he did harm people and they do have evidence of him harrming them. They will have evidence of the bank guy but that is all.
